The Minotaurs are a race of large humanoids with the heads of bulls. Their thick skin makes them naturally resistant to damage and their horns, combined with their great strength, make deadly natural weapons.

Minotaurs lives primarily on the Island of Choon, seperated from the lizardmen who occupy the southern side of the island by a large mountain range. They excel at nautical skills, building and manning the fastest and sleekest ships sailing the oceans. Few minotaurs will man a ship with a non-minotaur captain unless the captain has proved himself worthy of them, but those who do are usually fiercely loyal.

Minotaur culture is based mainly on the sea. Entire villages work together, making ships to sell to the other races. Many minotaur captains become involved in transporting and trading good from distant lands to the large human cities on the mainland.
